Strategic Print Solutions History

We began in August of 1992, offering high quality remanufactured toner cartridges to the Cedar Rapids / Iowa City corridor.  Our philosophy has always been to take good care of our customers - better care than anyone else can provide.  It has served us well as our business has grown continually over the years.

Being a market driven company, we have always expanded our business offerings in response to requests from our customers for additional products or services rather than taking a particular product and driving it at the market.  As the cartridge business expanded, we continued to get requests to provide services for repair of machines. We started getting requests from customers who wanted to buy new machines from us. So, we expanded into the sale and service of all types of office equipment.

Over the years, as our business has grown, we have always worked to listen closely and be responsive to our customers needs and desires.  One request that we continually received was for comprehensive programming that would place the care, feeding, management and refresh of all printing devices under a comprehensive program set.  This lead to the birth of our Managed Cost Programming, which provides our customers through out Eastern Iowa with all of those benefits in architecture that is continually managed to our customers best cost and productive advantage.
